Before our technician commences any work, we will provide you with an itemised quote of work required and associated costs so that you are always in control of the cost and won't get any surprises.
This depends on what is required. We always strive to give you a fixed price up front and let you be in control of the costs. If you are unsure what is wrong with your vehicle and need a technician to just come out and fix the car, we have a call-out service of $159 which includes 20 minutes of vehicle assessment and diagnosis. After this, we charge a reasonable hourly rate in 15 minute increments.
Yes. Payments need to be made at the completion of the work unless parts need to be ordered to complete repairs therefore we will require a deposit on the day of visit. We accept Cash, EFTPOS and all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex, UnionPay).
