Yes. Our technician is fully qualified with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and being liability insured.
Before our technician commences any work, we will provide you with an itemised quote of work required and associated costs so that you are always in control of the cost and won’t get any surprises.
This depends on what is required. We always strive to give you a fixed price up front and let you be in control of the costs. If you are unsure what is wrong with your vehicle and need a technician to just come out and fix the car, we have a call-out service of $165 which includes 20 minutes of vehicle assessment and diagnosis. After this, we charge a reasonable hourly rate in 15 minute increments.
Yes. Payments need to be made at the completion of the work unless parts need to be ordered to complete repairs therefore we will require a deposit on the day of visit. We accept Cash, EFTPOS and major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card).

BMW X2
Customer stated their front and rear breaks are noisy, there is a engine vibration and rear wiper is smearing. We replaced both the front and rear discs, pads and sensors, replaced the engine mount that was torn and lastly replaced the rear wiper. All the parts were replaced with genuine BMW parts. We only use the best quality parts on our customer vehicles.
Mercedes-Benz 220 CDi
Our client complained about strong diesel smell from the engine upon diagnosis we uncovered that there was a leak from the injector/fuel system area. We fixed their leaking injectors & also performed an oil service. All injectors were leaking & required the cooper washers/seals to be replaced. Maintenance of diesel injectors is critical. If not attending to them, they will cause your vehicle to run rough, loose power, consume more fuel and bring on engine warning light.
Volvo XC70
Customer stated that there is a noise from the engine area when cold. Upon inspection, we found that the drive belt tensioner was noisy and required to be replaced. We replaced the drive belt and tensioner and also performed a major service including; oil and filter change, fuel filter and air filter. Additionally we replaced the rear shocker bump stops due to wear.
